On April 2, 2020 our attorneys submit a “Demand Letter” to Joseph Earle and Uppr Street Marketing, Inc. (UPPR). The purpose of the letter was to give us access to your records, statements etc. They had five days to reply to the letter in which they did not.
On May 7, 2020 our attorneys filed a Derivative Shareholder Lawsuit in the Northern District of Oklahoma. We named Joseph Earle, Gordon McDougall & Mark Livingston, UPPR, GSHC, Prima Pharma & Linear Park Holdings to be liable.
On July 7, 2020 the defendants attorneys submitted their replies to our lawsuit.
On July, 2020 our attorneys did submit an offer letter to Joesph Earle to step down as CEO.
On August 21, 2020 our attorneys submitted our Legal brief in response to their replies.
And, on Friday Sept 4, 2020, the defendants attorneys will be submitting another reply. Their replies can only be directly related to what was mentioned in our last legal brief.
